Vacancy: Administrative Assistant
Jurudaya Construction Sdn Bhd, an ISO 9001:2015 certified civil engineering and general construction company, is inviting applications for the position of Human Resource & Administrative Executive.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll, statutory deductions, and employee records.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and staff lifecycle processes.
- Administer performance appraisals and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor contracts.
- Handle company licensing, insurance policies, and tender submissions.
- Provide executive support to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Remuneration
Salary will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
